|Thank you for considering Victoria Gastro Pub for your upcoming event. We look forward to creating a memorable experience for you and your guests. For parties of 15 people or more we will help you select a special limited menu to ensure the best possible dining experience. You can choose from our plated luncheon or dinner menu, or our passed and stationed hors d’ oeuvres menu. These menus feature limited items from our regular dining room menu as well as special creations that the chef has created for large groups. Due to licensing, outside food or beverages (such as cakes) are prohibited in our Pub. However, we have a wonderfully talented pastry chef who can create a special cake or cupcakes for your event.
If you require a private dining room, we have three semi-private rooms to choose from. Our main event room, the “Seven Sisters” room, seats 40 guests and comes fully equipped with a projector & screen. Our smaller room, the “Oxford Circus” room, seats up to 30 people. These two rooms can be combined to seat up to 75 guests for a seated dinner or more if you are having a cocktail-style event. Our newest addition, the Highbury Terrace, can seat up to 50 guests. This room is used year round, and is equipped with heaters and fans to keep the temperature to your desire. All three rooms can be combined to accommodate as many as 150 guests for a seated event.
In order to reserve any of our event rooms for exclusive use, purchase minimums and deposits are required, but we do not charge a separate room fee. These prices are determined by the day and time of your event. To guarantee your reservation and move forward to secure the date for your event, we require a signed copy of our contract and a $250.00 deposit per room, no later than a 5 days prior to the event. The exact due date to be determined by event coordinator when you place your deposit.
