Marylan – 5.2% Blonde Ale hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. This is an incredibly soft and crushable blonde ale that displays a touch of pithy fruit character and waves of gooseberry.
SECOND COURSE
Shrimp Shuimai – Shrimp and Spring Ramp Shumai, Smoked Pork Belly, Black Vinegar
That One Kids Mom – 8.1% DIPA hopped with Amarillo and Azacca. Additions of Lactose, Peaches, Apricots and Oats. Bursting with stone fruit aromatics and flavors from start to finish accompanied by a very soft and smooth mouthfeel.
THIRD COURSE
Sika Banh Mi – Grilled Sika Deer Patty, Chicken Pate, Pickled Daikon Salad, Sambal Aioli, Baguette
Lumber Sexual – 8.4% DIPA hopped with Motueka, Vic Secret, and Enigma. A quite resinous aroma is followed by a slightly sweet body with an underlying citrus hop bite in the finish.
FOURTH COURSE
Dessert – Tempura Fried Green Tea Ice Cream Sandwich
Fat Panda – 5.1% Kettle Sour brewed with Pineapple, Passionfruit and Habanero Peppers. A moderately tart beginning is followed by smooth tropical fruit along with some mild heat from the peppers in the finish.
